The family room has  a queen size sleeper sofa, TV with DVD, and a microkitchenette which includes a breakfast bar with sink, full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The bedroom is seperate and comes with either 2 queen or 1 king size bed, TV with DVD, and jacuzzi tub.
